CHELSEA PAPINEAU

Applications Management, Producer of Book Love Foundation Podcast

Chelsea has a penchant for storytelling and loves children, so becoming part of the Book Love Foundation board seemed like a natural fit.

After growing up in Portland, Oregon and studying script writing at Portland Community College, she moved to Los Angeles, California to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts West.

In 2003, she and her husband moved to Sudbury, Ontario Canada to raise their two children.

Since data organization and process creation are two of her strengths, she has a lot of experience working in business administration and project management in several industries.

She keeps the drama in her life by acting occasionally for both stage and screen, as well as teaching the youth drama program at the local theatre on Saturday mornings.

Currently, Chelsea is the lead digital content specialist for CTV News Northern Ontario where she is responsible for creating original news content and publishing for the organization’s website and social media. She is also a regular columnist for sudbury’s 50+ Seniors Lifestyle Magazine.

She has a passion for community service and volunteered with many different organizations over the years.

Some of her favorite books include Me Before You and The Girl You Left Behind by Jojo Moyes, The Power by Naomi Alderman, The Unlikely Hero of Room 13B by Teresa Toten, I’ll Meet You There by Heather Demetrios, and The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson.
